Alexei Sidorov
Aleksei Alekseevich Sidorov (1891–1978) — art historian, collector. Graduated from Moscow University in 1913. From 1916 worked at the A. S. Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts. From 1921 taught at Moscow State University. Doctor of Art History (1936); Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (1946); Honored Worker of the Arts of the RSFSR (1947).
